On December 28, 2021, Shanghai Base of Fosun Diagnostics welcomed a special group of guests.

They came to the Company on time by shuttle bus, overcoming the cold and difficulty of getting up.

They were energetic and full of youthfulness, which added some vitality to the whole base.

With their own questions and expectations, they explored the new starting point of their lives together in "Fosun".

They were 21 students from Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai University and other colleges and universities.

In the morning, we were honored to invite Zhang Yuejian, CEO of Fosun Diagnostics, Zhou Fangruo, CHO of Fosun Diagnostics, Jiang Aiguo, VP of Quality Department of Fosun Diagnostics, Jiang Pei, head of Reagent Raw Material R&D, and Xia Yi, head of Molecular and Immunofluorescence R&D to share and interact with students. The students actively asked questions, and several leaders answered them carefully in consideration of our company and their personal careers.

Afterwards, Zhou Fangruo, CHO of Fosun Diagnostics personally introduced the development history of Fosun Diagnostics to the students in the exhibition hall, and the students listened carefully and gained a deeper understanding of the whole company.

In the afternoon, the students were divided into two groups to visit the R&D building and the production building respectively to have a 'field trip' to the future working environment. I believe they will have a clearer idea of their choice of direction.

After the visit, according to the students' intention, we went directly to the interview session of each department. If everything goes well, I believe they will receive the desired offers before New Year's Day. Finally, I would like to thank the students again for coming to Fosun Diagnostics despite the cold. I hope they can understand more about Fosun Diagnostics through this activity, and I also hope we can find more young people who have ideas, morals, culture and discipline to head to a brighter future with us.
